人类活动干扰对隐翅虫物种多样性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 2005年7-9月在四川二郎山区域调查4种不同人类干扰类型区域(包括人类聚集区、退耕还林区、放牧区和极少人为干扰区)内的隐翅虫资源,分析不同人类干扰区域内隐翅虫群落的物种组成、个体数量和生物多样性特征。结果表明,隐翅虫样本个体数量、物种多样性指数(H')、均匀度指数(J)随人类干扰强度的降低呈逐渐降低的趋势,在人类聚集区多样性指数最高,为4.001 6,均匀度指数也最高,为0.805 2,Simpson优势度指数(λ)随着人类干扰强度的降低而增大,在极少人为干扰区域最高为0.199 6。不同人类干扰区域间隐翅虫群落相似性指数(β)均为0-0.25,为极不相似水平。人类活动的干扰增加了隐翅虫栖息环境的异质性,提高了隐翅虫群落的物种多样性。 From July to September in 2005, resource of rove beetle along four types of human disturbance ( including human communities, the grain to green region, grazing region and rare disturbance region ) in Erlang Mountain, Sichuan were investigated. The individual number, species composition and diversity characteristics were analyzed. The result showed that the species abundance and samples number were increased with enhancing of human disturbance, the species and individuals number were apparently higher than other areas. The species diversity index (H')and the evenness index (J)exhibited increased trend with increasing of human disturbance, the species diversity index (H')and the evenness index(J)were 4.001 6 and 0. 805 2 which were the highest in human communities. By contrast, the predominant index(A )was increased with decreasing of human disturbance, the highest value was 0. 199 6 in rare human activity region. The similarity index among four types of human disturbance region was range from 0 to 0.25, this mean species composition was extreme different among this four types of regions. Based on these results, it was found that human activities was closely related to individuals number and species diversity in Erlang Mountain, human disturbance may add habitat heterogeneity and facilitated to the species diversity of rove beetle communities.
