摘要
目的：对老年痴呆患者的康复治疗方法以及临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2012年3月～2015年4月期间我院老年精神科接受治疗的49例老年痴呆患者，将患者随机分为对照组（24例）和治疗组（25例）进行对照研究，观察常规治疗和康复治疗的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的MMSE、ADL以及EHAVE-AD评分均低于对照组；同时治疗组患者的躯体健康、心理健康以及社会功能等SF－36生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年痴呆患者进行康复治疗具有显著的效果，能够提高患者的生活质量。
Objective Rehabilitation treatment method and its clinical effect for alzheimer’s patients are to be studied.Methods Choose 49 alzheimer’s patients who were received and treated in hospital from March 2012 to April 2015 and separated them into control group（24 patients）and study group （25 patients）at random,and then observed treatment effects of conventional treatment and rehabilitation treatment between two groups.Results Patients’ assessment scores of MMSE,ADL and EHAVE-AD in study group were much lower than counterparts in control group; besides,patients’ SF-36 assessment scores for quality of life in terms of their physical health,psychological health and social function in study group were much higher than counterparts in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment is of efficacy for alzheimer’s patients,it is conducive to promoting patients’ quality of life.
