摘要
近年来,高浓度聚合物驱作为重要的提高采收率技术,在油田开发后期得到广泛应用。然而,聚合物驱在提高采收率的同时,也使采出液的流变特征及其混输管线的流态、淤积规律等均发生较大改变,给地面原油处理、加工及集输带来了新的挑战。为此,以大庆萨北油田高浓度聚合物驱开发区块为研究对象,对含聚浓度不同的采出液进行测试,明确了其粘温特征、粘弹特性及低温流变性。通过理论预测和室内模拟实验明确了温度、含聚浓度及流速对集油管道淤积结蜡规律的影响,淤积速率随着温度、流速的增大而降低,随着含聚浓度的增大而增大。结合现场实际生产情况,监测清管周期的变化规律,对理论蜡沉积规律的预测结果进行了验证。
In recent years,as an important technique to enhance oil recovery,the high concentration polymer flooding is widely used in the late stage of oilfield development.Although polymer flooding makes a great contribution in enhancing oil recovery,but problems also arose with it,the rheological characteristics of produced fluid and the flow state,the sedimentation law of the multiphase pipeline have been drastically changed.Such problems bring many new challenges to the ground crude oil processing,gathering and transferring.Therefore,taking the high concentration polymer flooding block from Sabei developing area of Daqing Oilfield as the object of the research,testing different polymer concentration of the produced fluid to confirm the viscosity-temperature characteristics,low temperature viscoelastic properties and rheology.Through laboratory simulation experiments and theoretical prediction,confirming the effection of polymer concentration and flow rate on silting law of wax deposition in the oil gathering pipeline.Higher the temperature and the flow rate,lower is the deposition rate;Higher the polymer concentration,Higher is the deposition rate.According to the actual production situation,monitoring the regularity of pigging period to verify the predicted results of theoretical wax deposit rules.
