摘要
目的探讨中医综合治疗青少年近视的临床效果。方法对248例450只眼近视青少年患者随机分为两组,治疗组采取中医综合治疗,对照组采取单纯西医治疗。结果治愈后随访至少1年,治疗组总有效率96.44%;对照组总有效率75.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青少年近视采用中医综合治疗具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of adolescent myopia. Methods In248 cases,450 eye myopic adolescent patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group take the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the control group take western medicine treatment. Result At least 1 year of follow-up after cure,the treatment group total effective rate was 96. 44 %; The control group total effective rate 75. 56 %,the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Adolescent myopia by comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has positive significance.
