摘要
针对微车后桥质量异常发生率高、质量异常原因不易诊断和原因处理方案难以制定等问题,提出了一种基于专家知识库的微车后桥质量异常原因诊断及处理方法。建立了微车后桥质量异常原因诊断及处理专家知识库结构体系和运行模式,并对微车后桥质量异常原因知识信息模型、基于粗糙集的后桥质量异常原因处理知识获取技术以及基于案例和规则的综合推理方法等部分关键技术进行了研究。研究成果已成功应用于重庆市某微车后桥生产制造车间,并取得了良好的应用效果。
Aim at the problems of the high quality abnormal incidence of minicar rear axle and the difficulty in diagnosing quality abnormal cause, a kind of quality abnormal cause diagnosis and treatment method of miniear rear axle based on expert knowledge base was put forward. And the structure and operation mode for the expert knowledge base of quality abnormal cause diagnosis and treatment were established. Besides, some key technologies that were quality abnormal cause knowledge information model of mini- ear rear axle, diagnosis knowledge acquisition technology for quality abnormal cause of miniear rear axle based on rough set, syn- thesis reasoning method based on ease and rule were studied. The above research results have been successfully applied to a mini- car rear axle manufacturing workshop in Chongqing, and the good application effect has been obtained.
