摘要
简述了芦笋废弃秸秆的利用价值及在动物饲料、食用菌培养、食品工业、沼气应用和土壤改良等方面的研究利用现状,并有针对性地提出了几点高效开发对策,以期为芦笋产业的进一步发展提供参考。
In this paper, the utility value of garden asparagus waste straws was briefly reviewed, the current research and utili- zation statuses of asparagus waste straws in animal feed, edible mushroom culture, food industry, marsh gas use and soil improve- ment were summarized, and several high-efficient development countermeasures of asparagus waste straws were pointedly put for- ward, in order to provide a reference for the further development of asparagus industry in future.
