Research progress on animal model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是一种与胰岛素抵抗(IR)和遗传易感密切相关的代谢应激性肝脏损伤,其病理学改变与酒精性肝病(ALD)相似,但患者无过量饮酒史。NAFLD是21世纪全球重要的公共健康问题之一,亦是我国愈来愈重视的慢性肝病问题。文章就目前国内外常用的与人类相似的NAFLD动物模型,总结了大鼠、小鼠和斑马鱼营养失调性、药物毒物刺激性、特殊品系及复合因素诱导等模型的造模方法、效果及优缺点,同时对其前景进行了展望。 Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a kind of metabolic stress liver damage that is closely related to insulin resistance(IR) and the genetic susceptibility, the pathology changes of which is similar to alcoholic liver disease(ALD) in the absence of excessive alcohol consumption. NAFLD is one of the most important global public health problems in the 21 st century, which is the chronic liver disease problem garnered much attention in China. This paper summarizes the building methods, research progress and their advantages and disadvantages about NAFLD animal models and prospects its further research.
