摘要
可转位刀片断屑槽具有促进切屑卷曲、折断和保护刀具的作用.在切削过程中,断屑槽通过对切削力、切削温度和切屑形态的影响,进而间接影响刀片的使用寿命.通过对具有多种断屑槽槽型的同一种刀片进行切削实验,应用高速摄影机分析切削区域切屑产生、流出、卷曲和折断过程.通过磨损测量仪观测断屑槽,并结合切屑形态分析,明确断屑槽合理几何参数;通过三维受力分析仪采集切削过程中的振动和切削力,揭示断屑槽对切削力的影响规律;综合切削参数、断屑槽几何结构和切削力三方面的因素,最终确立断屑槽槽型与进给量对切屑折断的作用机制.研究数据以期为断屑槽设计与应用提供数据支撑.
The chip breaker of index-able insert has the function of curling and breaking chips and protecting tools. The chip breaker, through its impact on cutting force, cutting temperature and chip morphology,, affects cut- ters' service life indirectly in the cutting process. In this paper, the cutters with a variety of chip breakers were used for cutting experiments, and the high-speed camera was adopted to analyze the process of chips' production, flow, curling and being broken in cutting area. Through using the wear gauge to observe the chip breakers, and combining analysis of chip shape, the chip breakers' reasonable geometric parameters were defined. In order to re- veal the rule about the influence of chip breaker making on cutting force, both the vibration and the cutting force in the cutting process were collected by 3-D cutting force analyzer. Finally, the mechanism of action that chip break- ers and feed rate made on chips' breaking was established through analyzing three factors of cutting parameters, chip breakers' geometry and cutting force. The research data would be supplied for the design and the application of chip breakers.
