摘要
以可溶性淀粉为接枝骨架,与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵在一定温度和搅拌条件下进行接枝反应,通过单因素实验确定可溶性淀粉与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的最佳反应条件。实验可知:当反应时间3 h,反应温度60℃,单体浓度2.5 mol·L-1,引发剂浓度2.0×10-2 mol·L-1时接枝率可达到90.2%。
The soluble starch, as skeleton, reacts with DMDAAC in graft copolymerization reactionat a certain temperature with mixing conditions. Through the single factor experiment, it confirmed the best reaction conditions of the reaction. The experiment results showd that when the response time is 3 h, reaction temperature is 60℃, monomer concentration is 2.5 mol·L-1, initiator concentration is 2.0×10-2 mol·L-1, the grafted rate can reach 90.2%.
