摘要
铝合金是理想的阳极材料,但需要添加合金元素和进行适当的热处理来提高其活性。综述了常见添加元素和热处理对Al-Zn-In阳极性能的影响,介绍了其活化机理的最新研究成果以及特殊用途的阳极材料。最后对高性能Al-Zn-In牺牲阳极的研究进行了展望。
The aluminum alloy is an ideal sacrificial anode material, but alloying elements and proper heat treatment are needed to improve the properties of the alloy. The effect of addition elements and heat treatment on the performances of Al-Zn-In anode is reviewed in this paper. The activation mechanism of Al-Zn-In sacrificial anode and the special anode material are also introduced. Finally, the prospect of high-efficiency Al-Zn-In sacrificial anode is presented.
