摘要
目的：比较分析针刺及穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的临床用穴规律。方法：电子检索2005年~2015年近10年万方、维普、CNKI三大中文数据库中针刺、穴位埋线为主治疗单纯性肥胖的文献,比较分析两者的临床用穴规律。结果：共纳入149篇相关文献,其中针刺为主（针刺加穴位埋线除外）治疗单纯性肥胖的相关文献86篇,穴位埋线为主（针刺加穴位埋线除外）治疗单纯性肥胖的相关文献63篇。其中天枢、中脘、足三里、大横、关元、气海、丰隆、三阴交等为针刺治疗肥胖病使用频次较高的主穴,天枢、中脘、丰隆、大横、足三里、关元、气海、带脉等为埋线治疗肥胖病使用频次较高的主穴。结论：针刺与穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症选穴基本相同,临床上均多采用辨病加辨证的方式选穴,主穴多选取脾经、胃经、任脉上的穴位,腹部、下肢部选穴较多,募穴、合穴为使用频次最多的特定穴,配穴常需辨证分型,考虑选取相应受损脏腑所在经脉的五输穴、背俞穴及其相表里经脉的五输穴、下合穴,且无论主穴还是配穴,埋线背俞穴选取相对较多。
Objective：To compare and analyze the acupoint-selection rules of acupuncture and catgut implan-tation for simple obesity.Methods：Clinical research literatures about acupuncture and catgut implantation thera-py for simple obesity from 2005 to 2015 were retrieved and collected through three major Chinese databases of Wangfang databases,VIP databases and CNKI to compare the clinical acupoint-selection rules between the two therapies.Results：In total,149 related articles were selected,including 86 articles about acupuncture （ except acupuncture combined with catgut implantation ） treatment for simple obesity and 63 articles about catgut im-plantation at acupoint treatment （ except acupuncture combined with catgut implantation） .The top points of fre-quencies of acupuncture therapy were, by turns, Tianshu, Zhongwan, Zusanli, Daheng, Guanyuan, Qihai, Fen-glong,Sanyinjiao and so on, while the top points of catgut embedding therapy were correspondingly Tianshu, Zhongwan,Fenglong,Daheng,Zusanli,Guanyuan,Qihai and Daimai and so on.Conclusion：Acupoint-selection rules of both are basically the same.In clinical practice, acupoints are commonly selected by syndrome differen-tiation and disease differentiation.Main points are chosen mainly on the abdomen and the lower limbs of spleen, stomach and conception vessel.Specific points used most are often the Mu points and the He points.Matching point selection is determined by the syndrome differentiation,in which the Wushu points and Beishu points of the meridian of the corresponding damaged Zangfu ,or the Wushu points and the Xiahe points of the exterior-interior related channels are often used at the same time.Besides, the Beishu points are used more in catgut im-plantation than acupuncture no matter as main points or matching points.
