车门不等厚镀锌钢板的Disk激光拼焊焊缝成形及焊接性能研究 被引量:4

Studyon Welding Formation and Welding Performance of Different Thickness Galvanized Steel of Far Door by Disk Laser Welding of Tailored Blanks

摘要 随着激光加工技术的发展,其在汽车工业的应用步伐逐渐加快,特别是汽车制造业的激光焊接技术,大大提高了生产效率。车门不等厚板的激光拼焊技术可降低车门重量、增加车门的刚度、提高车门的碰撞缓冲性能,同时增加了车辆的安全性,因此成为汽车制造商关注的高新技术,在国内外先进汽车工业中应用效果显著。针对车门镀锌钢板进行激光拼焊试验研究,对于不等厚的镀锌钢板拼接进行Disk激光焊接,观察焊缝形貌,检测焊缝硬度,同时进行杯突实验。分析不等厚镀锌板的焊缝成形和焊接性能,以控制车门激光焊接工艺质量。 With the development of the laser processing technology,its application in automobile industry gradually speed up the pace,especially the laser welding of car manufacturing technology and greatly improved the production efficiency.Range door plate laser welding technology can reduce the door weight,increase the stiffness and buffering performance,at the same time increase the safety of vehicles.So it becomes a high and new technology to car manufacturers.This study on Laser welding of tailored blanks of galvanized steel,weld different thickness of galvanized steel by Disk laser,observe the weld shape,detection of weld hardness,and draw cup experiment.Researchthe appearance and performance of the weld,to control the laser welding process quality.
