针刺对慢性心力衰竭患者心率变异性的影响 被引量：13

摘要 目的:观察针刺对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的心率变异性的影响。方法:41例CHF患者随机分为手针组15例、耳针组14例和对照组12例,针刺前及针刺后1月记录24h动态心电图,评价三组方法对治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心率变异性指标的影响。结果:手针组及耳针组治疗后心率变异性各参数较治疗前均改善(P<0.05)。结论:针刺疗法对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)心脏自主神经功能失衡有一定改善作用。
