摘要 研究了聚灰比、乳液种类对聚合物水泥防水涂料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,对丙烯酸酯类防水涂料(纯丙乳液型、苯丙乳液型)而言,聚灰比越大,涂膜拉伸强度越大;对聚醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(EVA)而言,聚灰比越大,涂膜拉伸强度先增大后减小。同时结合涂膜拉伸强度的变化规律,分析了产生这种变化的原因,从理论上对影响聚合物水泥防水涂料拉伸性能的机理进行了探讨。 This paper analyzes the influence of polymer cement waterproof coating tens!le .properties of two main factors:Poly- cement ratio and emulsion type,exper/mertts show that for acrylic waterproof coating (such as:acrylic emulsion,acrylic emulsion type), the larger the poly-cement ratio, the greater the tensile strength of the coating; for polyvinyl acetate-emulsion (EVA) copely-met of ethylene,the larger the poly-cement ratio, tensile strength of the coating is reduced after the first increase. Combined with the variation rule of the tensile strength of the coating, analyzes the causes of such change,and discusses the mechanism theoreti- cally affect the tensile properties of polymer-cement waterproof coating.
