摘要
在对通信网络中非规则控制故障数据软件挖掘的研究过程中,由于采用当前的算法进行数据软件挖掘时,容易受到大量的噪声干扰,存在挖掘精度低的问题。为解决上述问题,提出了一种改进人工蜂群算法的通信网络中非规则控制故障数据软件挖掘方法。上述方法先组建通信系统的非规则控制故障模型,然后对通信网络中产生的非规则控制噪声进行详细的分析,在此基础上利用关联系数归纳非规则控制故障数据的分布范围,确定非规则控制故障数据软件挖掘的目标函数,融合于人工蜂群算法对目标函数进行优化,实现了基于改进人工蜂群算法的通信网络中非规则控制故障数据软件挖掘方案,有效地完成了对通信网络中非规则控制故障数据软件挖掘。仿真结果证明,改进人工蜂群算法的通信网络中非规则控制故障数据软件挖掘的方法挖掘精度高,鲁棒性强。
A software mining method of irregular control fault data in communication network based on improved artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed. The irregular control fault model of communication network is built,and the generated irregular control noise in communication network is analyzed in details. The distribution range of irregular control fault data is concluded by using the correlation coefficient,and the objective function of software mining of the irregular control fault data is confirmed,the artificial bee colony algorithm is integrated to make the optimization of objective function,and the irregular control fault data software mining scheme in communication network is realized based on improved artificial bee colony algorithm. Simulation results prove that the proposed software mining method has high precision and strong robustness.
