摘要
目的探讨前列腺穿刺活检手术患者发生并发症的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2011年3月-2014年6月来本院行前列腺穿刺活检手术患者的临床资料。然后运用统计学的单因素及多因素分析对可能影响前列腺穿刺活检手术180例患者发生并发症的危险因素进行统计学分析。结果所选的180例前列腺穿刺活检手术患者术后发生了排尿困难、出血、疼痛及感染等并发症，其中以感染最为严重。多因素logistics回归分析结果显示前列腺炎、糖尿病、穿刺针数及使用抗生素的方案是前列腺穿刺活检手术患者发生并发症的独立危险因素。结论前列腺炎、糖尿病、穿刺针数及使用抗生素的方案均是前列腺穿刺活检手术患者会发生感染的独立危险因素，术前要特别注意这些因素，以减少前列腺穿刺活检手术并发症的发生。
Objectives To explore the complications effects of the patients with prostate biopsy. Methods 180 cases patients with prostate biopsy clinical data were retrospectively analyzed from March 2011 to June 2014. Then the complicationgs risk factors of the patients with prostate biopsy were analyzed by single factor and multiple factors. Results The complications of the patients with prostate biopsy had dysuria,bleeding, Pain and infection, and the infection was the most serious one. Multi - factor logistic regression analysis results showed that the prostatitis ,diabetes, needle count and the use of antibiotics were the independent risk factors of complications of the patients with prostate biopsy. Conclusions The prostatitis , diabetes, needle count and the use of antibiotics are the independent risk factors of complications of the patients with prostate biopsy. These factors should be paid special attention , in order to reduce the complicationg of prostate biopsy surgery.
