摘要
摇臂作为滚筒采煤机的关键部件,在采煤机工作过程中既需要承受滚筒的扭矩和作用力,还伴随着冲击与振动,要求摇臂壳体具有足够的强度和刚度。利用Pro/E软件对采煤机摇臂壳体进行实体建模,并导入ANSYS中对采煤机采煤过程中的受力情况进行有限元强度分析,得到其应力应变云图,为摇臂壳体的优化提供了理论依据。
As a key component of the shearer drum, Ranging arm in Shearer's working process not only need to bear the roller torque and force, is always accompanied by shock and vibration, so the radial shell has enough strength and rigidity. Stress analysis about ranging-arm of shearer when it is working is carried out with finite element method in ANSYS Workbench software in this present work, through which stress contours and total deformation contours are obtained. Based on analytical results, some problems in its design are pointed out, which can provide intuitionist base for the structure optimization of shearer ranging-arm.
