摘要
针对煤矿井下瓦斯抽采用整体式宽翼片螺旋钻杆加工过程中上下料效率低、劳动强度大并存在一定的安全隐患等问题,设计了钻杆螺旋槽铣削加工自动上下料系统。结合生产现场原布局,综合考虑钻杆的特点、上下料空间、工作方式及场地条件,设计了自动上下料系统的机械结构及液压系统;依据钻杆外表面螺旋槽铣床的工作方式,设计了自动上下料控制系统的硬件及软件;选用时间配合的控制方法,将钻杆外表面螺旋槽铣床和自动上下料系统进行统一控制,实现了钻杆螺旋槽铣削的全自动化加工。
In response to the issues of low efficiency, high labor intensity and potential risk of auto feeding for integral spiral drill pipe used in gas extraction under coal mine, this paper aims to analyze auto feeding system of the milling processing for drill spiral groove. The mechanical structure and hydraulic system of auto feeding system is analyzed in this paper according to the existing layout of work site, features of drill pipe, the space for auto feeding, ways of work and space limitations. This paper also illustrates the software and hardware of automatic control system for auto feeding system in accordance with the milling workings of drill spiral groove outside of the surface of drill pipe. The author adopts the control method of time coordination, taking unified control of the milling of drill spiral groove and auto feeding system, realizing full automatic processing of the milling process of drill spiral groove.
