摘要
本文讨论了"一带一路"与语言互通的关系。语言互通是"一带一路"互联互通的重要方面,是实现政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通的基础;提升个体语言能力和机器语言能力是实现"一带一路"语言互通的重要途径;围绕"一带一路"建设应加强语言能力研究,提升语言能力是语言学界一项非常重要、紧迫的研究任务。
This paper discusses the relation between ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ and language in- teroperability. It makes an inquiry into various ways to realize the language interoperability, and puts forward suggestions to strengthen the research on language competence centering on ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂.
