摘要
医院环境下患访暴力已经成为当今医务人员尤其是护士需要面对的重要问题。其原因复杂,形式多样,需要长时间的应对。本文对患访暴力的定义、类型和现状,以及国内外护士遭受患访暴力的原因及应对措施的进展进行综述,为护士能够有效应对患访暴力提供参考。
Patient and Visitor Violence in hospital environment is a quite important problem that the medical staff, especially nurses, should face to. The complex reasons and diverse forms need long-time response and guidance. This article summarized the definition, types, current status, reasons and countermeasures of Patient and Visitor Violence among the domestic and aboard nurses, and provided references for the nurses to effectively cope with the Patient and Visitor Violence.
