摘要
目的探究expanded PTFE与自体耳软骨在鼻整形手术中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月~2015年4月我院收治的29例鼻整形手术患者作为研究对象,在患者鼻小柱正中行蝶形切口,以及两侧鼻翼的软骨缘行切口,利用expanded PTFE配合自体耳软骨完成鼻整形手术。结果本次研究中,鼻整形手术成功率100.00%;随访发现,4例产生负面反应（占比13.79%）,经过有效处理,不良反应都得到控制。结论 expanded PTFE配合自体耳软骨应用于鼻整形手术具有较好的效果,能够降低术后不良反应,保持鼻部自然美观。
Objective To explore the expanded PTFE in rhinoplasty with autogenous ear cartilage surgery application effect.Methods To choose between June 2013 on April 29 cases of our hospital in 2015 rhinoplasty surgery patients as the research object,the combined ear cartilage and ePTFE implants were used in rhinoplasty by the nasal median incision of butterfl y-shape together with lateral incision of marginal nosewing.Results In this study,the nose plastic surgery success rate 100.00%;Follow-up found that 4 cases have a negative reaction（13.79%）,through effective processing,adverse reactions are under control.Conclusion The expanded PTFE used in rhinoplasty with autogenous ear cartilage surgery has a good effect,can reduce the postoperative adverse reactions,keep the nose natural beauty.
