摘要
郑州航空港经济综合试验区是中国首个航空港经济发展先行区,航空港跨境电子商务的发展给河南的经济插上了腾飞的翅膀,但同时也带来了前所未有的挑战;我们只有创新运营模式,建立和健全相关法律和监管体制,完善支付体系,建立跨境电子商务服务平台,降低交易风险,提高物流整合服务能力,注重跨境电子商务人才培养,才能抢抓机遇,实现河南电子商务发展的整体超越。
Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone （AECEZ） is the first air- port economic development zone in China, the development of cross-border e-commerce in AECEZ lends wings to Henan＇s rise in economy. Meanwhile, it also brings us hitherto unexpected challenge. What we can do is to innovate the business model, esiablish and improve relevant laws and regulation system, perfect the payment system, build up cross-border e-commerce service platform, reduce transaction risk, improve the ability of integrated logistics services, and focus on talent training of cross-border e-commerce, in order to seize the opportunity and achieve the overall leap of e-commerce development in Henan Province.
