摘要
各地区土地利用状况的差异会对其各自的生态和环境产生不同的影响。根据安徽省各地级市土地利用现状,通过构建土地利用生态效率投入产出指标,选用数据包络分析(DEA)CCR-I模型,测算了安徽省16个地级市2010—2012年的土地利用生态效率值。结果显示,从2010年到2012年,各地级市的土地利用生态效率值基本呈下降的趋势;土地利用生态效率DEA有效的地级市只有黄山市,其他各地级市都是DEA非有效的。基于此,在土地面积和GDP固定不变条件下,优化各地级市土地利用生态效率的投入和产出,以使各地级市达到DEA有效状态显得尤为重要。
The differences of land use situation in various regions have different influence on their ecology and environment.According to the present situation of each prefecture -level city’s land utilization in Anhui province,this paper constructs the input and output indexes of eco -efficiency of land utilization,and selects CCR -I model based on data envelopment analysis (DEA)to calculate the ecological efficiency value of land use of 16 prefecture -level cities in Anhui province from 2010 to 2012.The results show that ecologi-cal efficiency values of land use of each prefecture -level city basically present a decreasing trend from 2010 to 2012 and only Huangs-han city is DEA -efficient.Based on these,this artical optimizes the input and output of eco -efficiency of land use in each prefecture-level city under the condition of fixed land area and GDP,in order to make each prefecture -level city achieve DEA -efficiency.
