摘要
在现代职业教育体系的建设过程中,残疾人职业教育是其中一个重要的内容和环节。基于2008-2013年中国残联官方统计数据,运用描述性的方法,对中国残疾人中等职业教育问题进行研究后发现:总体而言,残疾人中等职业教育有了较大的发展,但也存在着学校数量不足且地区分布不均衡、不同类型残疾人就读比例不协调等问题。应按照现代职业教育体系建设的新要求,在进一步扩大残疾人中等职业教育规模的同时,更加注重地区发展的均衡,使更多不同类型残疾人具有同等的接受职业教育的权利。
The vocational education for the disabled people is an important part in the modern vocational education system. Based on the data （2008 - 2013） from China Disabled Persons＇ Federation, current study investigated the situation of the secondary vocational education of Chinese disabled people, by using descriptive statistical analysis method. We found that the secondary vocational education of the Chinese disabled people has made great progress in general, but problems still exist, such as the insufficient number of schools, the unbalanced regional distribution, and the disproportionate school- attending among different types of the disabled people. In accordance with the requirements of construction of modern vocational education system, more attention should be paid on balancing the regional development and expanding the scale of secondary vocational education for disabled people. Thus, more disabled people （from different types） could have the equal fights to receive vocational education.
