摘要
目的探究在护理管理中采用风险管理的应用价值。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月收治的278例患者进行护理管理的研究,随机分组,实验组152例患者采用风险管理,对照组126例患者没有给予风险管理,结果实验组护理满意度为96.7%,对照组护理满意度为84.13%,差异显著,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在护理管理中应用风险管理可促使护理质量的提高,尽量减少出现护理风险情况,减少护理纠纷,效果显著,能够广泛推荐。
Objective To explore the value of the use of risk management in nursing management. Methods January 2013 ~ Research nursing management in January 2015 admitted 278 patients randomized, 152 cases of the experimental group were treated with risk management, 126 patients in the control group did not give risk management.
