摘要
采用时空互代法,以不同林龄(8、13、18a)的沙棘人工林为研究对象,分析沙棘人工林在不同生长发育进程中土壤微生物种群结构及土壤养分特性的变化规律。结果表明,1)沙棘人工林磷脂脂肪酸总量、细菌特征脂肪酸总量、真菌特征脂肪酸总量均随着林龄的增长而增加。磷脂脂肪酸总量、细菌总量在成熟林时达到最大值。真菌总量在中龄林时出现最大值,在进入成熟林后略有下降;2)不同林龄的沙棘人工林地土壤养分含量存在明显差异。土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷、碱解氮及速效磷含量随着林龄增加呈显著上升趋势,并于成熟林时达到最大值;3)土壤微生物总PLFA量、土壤细菌PLFA量与土壤有机碳、全氮、碳氮比、全磷、碱解氮、速效磷呈显著正相关关系。真菌PLFA量与土壤全氮、碱解氮呈显著正相关关系,与土壤速效钾呈极显著负相关关系。由此可见,林龄对土壤微生物种群结构和养分特性有显著影响。
This study investigated the dynamics of soil microbial community structure and soil nutrition under Hippophae rhamnoides plantations with different ages (8 a, 13 a, 18 a). The results showed that, 1) the quantity of total PLFAs, bacterial PLFAs were highest in plantation of 18 a H. rhamnoides. However, the amount of fungi PLFAs was highest in the 13 a plantation and slightly decreased in the 18 a plantation. 2) There were significant differences among the three H. rhamnoides plantations. The content of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen and phosphorus significantly in- creased with forest age. 3) The content of total PLFAs and bacterial PLFAs exhibited significantly positive correlations with soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, carbon nitrogen ratio, total phosphorus, available nitrogen and phosphorus. The fungi PLFAs were positively correlated with total nitrogen and available nitrogen, but negatively correlated with available potassium. In conclusion, forest age could significantly affect the soil microbial community structure through the soil chemical properties.
