摘要
目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者行射频热凝与选择性神经根阻滞联合治疗的疗效。方法选择2013年6月～2014年6月本院诊治的腰椎间盘突出症患者104例，按照不同治疗方式分为2组，各52例。对照组行单项射频热凝治疗，研究组行射频热凝联合选择性神经根阻滞治疗，观察并比较两组患者临床疗效，VAS评分改善情况及并发症发生率。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前有所改善，研究组改善情况优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论射频热凝与选择性神经根阻滞联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著。
Objective To explore the curative effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combine with selective nerve root block for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Selected 104 cases with lumbar disc herniation from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital randomly, according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups, each group had 52 cases. The control group was only given radiofrequency thermocoagulation, the study group underwent radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with selective nerve root block for treatment. Compared the clinical efifcacy, improvement of VAS score and complication rate of the two groups. Results The VAS score of the two groups after treatment both improved than before treatment, the study group improved was better than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The therapy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combine with selective nerve root block is of obvious clinical curative effect for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
