摘要
目的分析阴道清洁度分级与阴道生态环境的相关性,以促使阴道清洁度检测更加准确。方法 1680例采用白带常规检测（阴道清洁度检测）的患者,总结阴道清洁度分级与阴道生态环境的相关性。结果经研究后的结果显示,20--40岁女性多发生阴道清洁度异常,而年龄超过60岁女性的阴道清洁度分级较高,且不同分级中的常见阴道病原体,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阴道清洁度分级并不能完全反映出患者的阴道生态环境,应与病原菌检测相结合后为患者做出更为准确的诊断。
Objective To analyze the correlation between vaginal cleanliness classification and vaginal environment. Methods There were 1680 patients in conventional leucorrhea detection（vagina cleaness detection）, and the correlation between vaginal cleanliness classification and vaginal environment was summarized. Results The research results showed main abnormality of vaginal cleanliness in 20～40 year-old female, and those older than 60 years old had higher vaginal cleanliness classification. The differences of common vaginal pathogens in different grades had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vaginal cleanliness classification cannot fully reflect vaginal environment, thus combination with pathogenic bacteria detection can provide precise diagnosis.
