摘要
目的测定冠心病患者血浆Fg及Tp P水平,结合冠状动脉造影所示冠脉病变支数和狭窄程度(Gensini积分),分析血浆Fg、Tp P水平与冠脉病变程度相关性.方法选取昆明医科大学第一附属医院心内科冠心病患者,随机分为4组:急性心肌梗死组、不稳定型心绞痛组、稳定型心绞痛组及正常对照组,酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血浆Fg、Tp P水平,冠脉造影记录所示病变血管支数及狭窄程度(Gensini积分),统计分析血浆Fg、Tp P水平与冠脉病变程度的相关性.结果冠心病患者血浆Fg、Tp P水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),Fg水平随病变血管支数增多而升高,而Tp P水平随病变血管支数增加无明显升高,Gensini积分随病变血管支数增加而增加;血浆Fg水平与冠脉病变支数呈正相关,Tp P与冠脉病变支数无相关性,血浆Fg、Tp P水平与冠脉病变狭窄程度呈正相关(P<0.05).结论冠心病患者血浆Fg、Tp P水平明显升高,其水平高低与CHD严重程度密切相关.血浆Fg水平与冠脉病变支数和狭窄程度正相关,血浆Tp P水平与冠脉病变支数无相关性,与冠脉病变狭窄程度正相关.
Objective By investigating the plasma fibrinogen (Fg) and thrombus precursor protein (TpP) levels in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart diseases, combined with the coronary angiography results, find out whether there is a correlation of.plasma Fg and TpP levels with the degree of coronary lesions. Methods One hundred and sixty-three patients in the department of cardiology of our hospital were recruited and divided into four groups randomly: acute myocardial infarction group (AMI group, 58 cases) , unstable angina group (UA group, 40 cases) , stable angina group (SA groups, 30 cases) and normal control group (35 cases) . Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to detect the plasma Fg and TpP levels, all patients were detected by coronary angiography and the involved vessels and stenosis degree (Gensini score) were recorded. The correlation between Fg and TpP levels and the degree of coronary artery lesions were analyzed by Person or Sperman correlation analysis. Results The plasma Fg and TpP levels in CHD patients were much higher than those in normal group (P 〈 0.05) . The plasma Fg level increased with the increasing involved artery vessels, while the TpP level didn't have the same change. Gensini scores also increased with the increasing involved artery vessels. The plasma Fg level was positively correlated with the number of involved coronary artery vesssels, while the plasma TpP level didn't. The plasma Fg and TpP levels were all positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion The plasma Fg and TpP levels in patients with CHD were significantly higher. Plasma Fg level was positively correlated with the degree of coronary lesions and stenosis, while the plasma TpP level was positively correlated with the degree of coronary stenosis, showed no correlation with the number of involved coronary branches.
