白云母对聚合物钻井液封堵性能影响规律的研究

摘要 针对国内外主要的随钻防漏堵漏技术,通过一系列试验研究白云母粉对氯化钾聚合物钻井液流变性能、降滤失性能和堵漏性能的影响规律,之后优选出最佳的钻井液配方。试验结果表明,白云母粉对钻井液有明显的防漏堵漏作用,对于大孔道渗透性漏失层具有良好的防漏堵漏效果。白云母粉与粉煤灰复配使用后,不仅可以减少漏失量,增加钻井液的表观粘度,而且承压能力也明显增强(大于5MPa)。 According to the main technologies for preventing and controlling fluid loss when drilling,a series of experiments are conducted to study the law of the influence of muscovite on the rheological properties,loss performance and sealing performance of the potassium chloride polymer drilling fluids.After that,the best formula of drilling fluid is optimized.Test results show that,muscovite powder has obvious effect on preventing and plugging for drilling fluids,and also has good plugging effect on large pore permeable layers.By use of mixed Muscovite powder and fly ash,we can not only reduce leakage,increase the apparent viscosity of the drilling fluid,but also improve the pressure resistance(more than 5MPa).
