摘要
采用失重法和电化学极化法研究了苯胺在盐酸清洗剂中对碳钢的缓蚀行为,并初步探讨了其吸附性能。研究结果表明,苯胺属于混合型缓蚀剂,在盐酸介质中缓蚀性能良好,20℃下苯胺加量为1.0%时,其缓蚀效率可达91.04%。苯胺的加入使碳钢腐蚀反应的活化能升高,腐蚀反应需要克服更高的能量障碍,腐蚀速率明显下降。同时苯胺的缓蚀效率受温度的影响较大,其在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附规律。
The behavior of aniline in inhibiting the corrosion of carbon steel in hydrochloric acid cleaning agent was studied with weight loss method and electrochemistry polarization method,and the preliminary investigation of the adsorption performance of aniline was carried out. According to the results of study,aniline is a mixed inhibitor and has good inhibition performance in hydrochloric acid medium with the corrosion inhibition percent of 91. 04% or so. The addition of aniline leads to the increase of the activation energy for the corrosion reaction of carbon steel,and therefore the corrosion rate is reduced markedly due to higher energy barrier that has to be overridden for the corrosion reaction to proceed. The inhibition efficiency of aniline is affected by temperature significantly,and its adsorption on the surface of carbon steel follows Langmuir adsorption law.
