学校课程顶层设计反映学校课程领导力,体现学校课程的价值选择。创生设计学校课程,应传承学校文化并关照课程实践,体现学校课程的文化品格与实践形态;应有紧密的结构关联和鲜明的层次感,突出课程的整体效应、适应性与选择性;应有足够的制度支撑和组织保障,提升课程品质;应开放教育资源,积极发挥课程整合功能,丰富课程样态,聚焦课程实效。
The top-level design of a school's curriculum reflects the school's leadership and value orientation in curriculum. Curriculum creation should inherit the school culture, focus on curricular practice, and reflect the cultural character and practical pattern of the curriculum. It should embody close structural correlation and distinct levels, and highlight the overall effect, applicability and selectivity of the curriculum. It should rely on strong system support and organizational guarantee, and promote the curriculum quality. Moreover, it should share educational resources, integrate courses, enrich curriculum modes, and concentrate on effectiveness.
