简易式VSD治疗临床各种难愈创面效果观察

摘要 目的探讨简易式负压闭式引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)在临床各种难愈创面治疗中的价值。方法对50例各种难愈创面治疗过程中运用简易式VSD技术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 50例患者Ⅱ期手术前换药次数平均为(3.7±0.3)次,两次手术相隔时间平均为(19.2±2.4)d,各种创面经VSD吸引后行Ⅱ期手术均治愈。结论简易式VSD技术在治疗各种难愈创面方面有较好的效果。
