摘要
对低浓度瓦斯掺混机理进行了分析,根据低浓度瓦斯掺混特点,设计了掺混工艺流程,并提出掺混装置工艺设计的关键技术参数,介绍了掺混装置内部结构和外形。低浓度瓦斯掺混技术在五阳煤矿南丰井乏风氧化工程中的现场应用测试数据表明,掺混后瓦斯平均均匀偏差度为0.22%,掺混效果较好。
In this paper the mixing mechanism of low- concentration gas was analyzed,the mixing process for the low-concentration gas was designed according to its mixing characteristics,the key technical parameters for the mixing device design were put forward,and the internal structure and appearance of the mixing device was described. The application and test data of the low- concentration gas mixing technology in the ventilation air methane oxidation project in Wuyang Mine showed that the average deviation degree of gas was only 0. 22% after it was mixed,so the mixing effect was good.
