摘要
针对中梁山矿区K2煤层既作为上保护层又作为下保护层的特点,通过摸清保护层卸压瓦斯运移规律,建立了以本煤层顺层钻孔抽采、顶板高位巷走向钻孔抽采、采空区尾巷密闭抽采及底板穿层钻孔抽采为主的急倾斜近距离薄煤层群保护层开采卸压瓦斯立体抽采技术体系,克服了单一平面防突措施的不足,取得了较好的经济和安全效益。
To counter to the characteristics of K2 coal seam which serves as both the upper protective and lower protective seams in Zhongliangshan Coal Mining Area,a spatial drainage technology system for pressure- released gas in the protective seam extraction of the steep thin contiguous seam group was established according to the migration rule of the pressure- released gas in the protective seam,including the gas drainage by boreholes drilled along the seam being mined,gas drainage by borehole drilled along strike in the high- level roadway,gas drainage by sealing the gob tailing way and gas drainage by boreholes drilled across the floor. With this technological system,the disadvantages of the single plane outburst prevention measure were overcome and good economic and safety benefits were achieved.
