摘要
[目的]研究百合组培球茎尖剥取技术。[方法]对不同直径大小的组培球对百合剥取茎尖的影响及不同大小的茎尖对百合脱毒效果的影响进行研究。[结果]大于0.5 cm的百合组培球适合茎尖剥取;在组培球剥取茎尖过程中,剥取0.4-0.7 mm大小的茎尖适合百合脱毒的培养。[结论]为百合种球生产提供技术支撑。
[Objective] The aim was to study the tip stripping technology on tissue culture bulb of lily.[Method]The effect of different sizes of tissue culture buld on wring stem tip and different sizes of stem tip on lily detoxification effect were studied.[Result]More than 0. 5 cm tissue culture buld of lily was suitable for the tip stripping. 0. 4- 0. 7 mm size for lily virus-free shoot tip culture was selected in tissue culture of stem tip.[Conclusion]The study provided technical support for the lily bulb production.
