热氧老化对阻燃长玻纤增强聚丙烯性能影响 被引量:1

Thermal Aging of Flame Retardant for Long Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene

摘要 借助熔融共混改性方法及注塑成型方法,研究了不同热氧老化时长对deca-BDE(十溴二苯醚)阻燃LGFPP体系的力学及其阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:热氧老化50天时,阻燃体系的拉伸性能急速下降了约10.87 MPa。但拉伸强度依旧保持在75 MPa,保持率为85.11%,弯曲强度为132.12 MPa,保持率高达94.72%,韧性为13.498 KJ/m2,保持率85.15%。热重分析和燃烧试验表明阻燃剂的迁移是影响deca-BDE/LGF/PP阻燃体系的燃烧性能的影响因素之一。 By the modification methods of melt blending and injection molding method and study the influence of different thermal oxygen aging and flame retardant properties of mechanical properties,Ban Ki Moon on Deca-BDE(Deca BDE) flame retardant LGFPP system. The results show that the tensile properties of the flame retardant system were decreased by about 10.87 MPa at 50 days. But the tensile strength is still maintained at 75 MPa,the retention rate is 85.11%, the bending strength is 132.12 MPa,the retention rate is as high as 94.72%, the toughness is13.498KJ/m2,the retention rate is 85.15%. Thermogravimetric analysis and combustion test showed that the migration of flame retardant was one of the factors affecting the combustion performance of deca-BDE/LGF/PP system.
