摘要
近年来,随着叶色呈白色、黄色、复色的白化茶和叶色呈紫红色的紫化茶树品种开发的成功,我国的茶树品种资源呈现彩色化发展态势。全文叙述了白化和紫化茶树种质资源的现状和种质特性,展望了白化茶、紫化茶在茶作栽培、园林绿化、花果产品开发、食材利用、深加工产品等领域的应用前景。
In recent years, albino tea cultivars with white, yellow, complex leaf color and purple tea cultivars with purple red leaf color had been successfully developed. The resources of tea varieties show colorful development.This paper described the current situation of germplasm characteristics of albino and purple tea germplasm resources,prospect of the albino and purple tea cultivars in tea cultivation, landscaping, the development of flower and fruit products, ingredients utilization and deep processing products and other fields.
