摘要
采用共混法制备了聚丙烯/纳米氧化铈(PP/nano-Ce O2)复合材料,研究了nano-Ce O2用量对PP/nanoCe O2复合材料结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:nano-Ce O2对PP具有明显的异相成核作用,提高了PP/nano-Ce O2复合材料的熔融温度和相对结晶度,其熔融温度提高了2~3℃,相对结晶度提高了4%~8%;PP/nano-Ce O2复合材料的断裂强度和屈服强度随着nano-Ce O2用量的增加先提高后降低,在nano-Ce O2用量为1份时达到最大值;复合材料的断裂伸长率和断裂功随着nano-Ce O2用量的增加逐渐下降,而其冲击强度随着nano-Ce O2用量的增加先提高后降低。
PP/nano-cerium oxide composites were prepared by blending method. The effects of nano-Ce O2 content on crystallization and mechanical properties of PP/nano-Ce O2 composites were studied. The results show that nano-Ce O2 has obviously effect on heterogeneous nucleation of PP, and the melting temperature increases by 2~3℃ and the relative crystallinity increases by 4%~8% by adding nano-Ce O2. The break strength and yield strength of PP/nano-Ce O2 composites increases first and then decreases with the increasing content of nano-Ce O2, and the break strength and yield strength can reach the maximum rate when nano-Ce O2 content is 1 phr. The elongation at break and work of fracture of PP/nano-Ce O2 composites decreases with the increasing. The impact strength also increases first and then decreases with the increasing content of nano-Ce O2.
