摘要
目的:观察四逆散合半夏泻心汤治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将108例呼吸机相关性肺炎患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各54例。对照组在常规综合治疗的基础上予以肠内营养支持治疗,研究组在常规综合治疗的基础上予以四逆散合半夏泻心汤治疗,分析两组患者治疗期间各项指标花费时间及感染情况。结果:研究组患者术后第7天CPIS评分为(4.54±1.21)分,明显优于对照组(7.21±1.73)分,且机械通气、营养支持及ICU停留时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者28 d后死亡1例,明显少于对照组10例(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散合半夏泻心汤治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎临床疗效显著,可有效降低死亡率并缩短治疗时间。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen in combination with Pinelliae and Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction on ventilator-associated pneumonia（ VAP）. Methods： One hundred and eight patients with VAP were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 54 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given intestinal nutrition therapy based on the comprehensive routine treatment,while the ones in the research group were given Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen in combination with Pinelliae and Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction based on the comprehensive routine treatment. Then each indicator＇ s taken time and infection state of the patients in both groups were analyzed. Results： On the 7th day after the operation,the CPIS scores of patients in the research group and the control group were（ 4. 54 ± 1. 21） and（ 7. 21 ± 1. 73） respectively; And the research group was significantly higher than the control group. What＇s more,mechanical ventilation time,nutritional support and ICU length of stay were all shorter than those of the control group; And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. After 28 days,1 cases died in the research group,while 10 cases died in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）; And the research group was significantly less than the control group. Conclusion： Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen in combination with Pinelliae and Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction has good curative effect on ventilator-associated pneumonia（ VAP）,and can greatly reduce the death rate and shorten the treating time.
