摘要
《循证针灸临床实践指南》基于广泛的文献证据及专家经验编写而成,因此其推荐的腧穴有着独特的配伍思想和规律,以远近配穴、辨证配穴、对症配穴等传统配穴形式为主导,结合现代医学的研究成果,同时依据不同施术手法的特点选穴配伍,对临床配穴有着重要的指导和借鉴作用。
The Evidence-based Guidelines of Clinical Practice with Acupuncture and Moxibustion are based on extensive evidence of literature and compiled by experience of experts,so the recommended acupoints present special thoughts and laws of compatibility.It is found the traditional acupoint combination methods predominate,such as distal-local acupoint combination,syndrome differentiation-based acupoints combination and symptombased acupoints combination,etc.,and are combined with research achievements of modern medical science;meanwhile the acupoints are also selected according to the characteristics of different manipulation.This result has an important guide and reference significance for clinical practice.
