摘要
在进水磷含量不同的条件下,通过对比A2N-SBR、A2N-IC-SBR及A2N-IC2-SBR工艺的处理效果,考察双污泥-诱导结晶工艺的脱氮除磷稳定性及磷回收效果。结果表明,3组工艺对COD和氮的去除效果基本相同,化学除磷的增加并没有对反硝聚磷菌吸收有机物和脱氮作用产生显著影响。在进水TP的质量浓度为3.76~15.68 mg/L的情况下,3组工艺出水TP的质量浓度分别为0.3~2.6、0.15~0.46、0.06~0.30 mg/L,A2N-IC-SBR和A2N-IC2-SBR的除磷效果和稳定性优于A2N-SBR。通过增加2级诱导结晶柱,结晶磷回收率、化学除磷量占总除磷量的比例分别上升至82.3%~89.6%和24.9%~27.2%,缺氧聚磷量/释磷量显著下降。A2N-IC2-SBR工艺更大限度的发挥了化学单元对磷的回收作用,减轻生物除磷负担,保证了出水水质,与传统A2N-SBR相比具有明显的环境效益和经济效益。
The stability of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and phosphorus recovery effect of two-sludge system combined with the induced crystallization process was investigated by comparing the treatment effect of A2N-SBR, A2N-IC-SBR and A2N-IC2-SBR process, under the condition of the feed water with different phosphorus concent. The results show that: the removal efficiency of COD and nitrogen by three processes was basically the same. Organic absorption and denitrification of DPAOs had not been significantly affected by the addition of chemical phosphorus removal unit. When the influent mass concentration of TP was 3.76~15.68 mg/L, the effluent mass concentrations of TP of three processes were 0.3~2.6 mg/L, 0.15-0.46 mg/L and 0.06.-0.30 mg/L, respectively. The TP removal effect and the stability of A2N-IC-SBR and A2N-IC2-SBR were better than that of A2N-SBR.By adding two-stage induced crystallization column, the total phosphorus recovery rate and the ratio of chemical phosphorus removal amount to total were increased to 82.3%-89.6% and 24.9%~27.2%, respectively, while the ratio of anoxic phosphorus uptake amount to release amount was significantly decreased. Not only the chemical phosphorus removal unit was enabled to play a greater extent role in phosphorus recovery effect, but also the burden of biological phosphorus removal was eased, and the effluent quality was ensured. Compared with A2N-SBR, A2N-IC2-SBR had obvious environmental benefits and economic benefits.
