紫外光谱法初步评价46种防晒剂的防晒效果 被引量:7

Preliminary Evaluation on Sun Protection Effects of Forty Six Kinds of Sunscreens by Ultraviolet Spectrometry Method

摘要 利用紫外光谱法对46种防晒剂及原料的紫外吸收特征进行了绘制和分析。结果表明受测化学防晒剂的整体紫外吸收能力强于天然防晒剂,9种化学防晒剂有显著紫外吸收,其中4-甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己基酯和奥克立林在UVB波段吸收能力最强。32种天然防晒剂中有26种对紫外线有吸收,具有一定的防晒能力,为今后开发新型天然植物防晒剂提供了参考。 The ultraviolet absorption characteristics of 46 kinds of sunscreen and raw material were drawn and analyzed by ultraviolet spectrometry method in this paper. The results showed that the absorption ability of tested chemical sunscreens were stronger than that of natural sunscreens within whole range of ultraviolet wave, among them, 9 kinds of chemical sunsereens had significant ultraviolet absorption ability, wherein the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and octocrylene showed the strongest ability in the UVB band, 26 of 32 kinds of natural sunscreen had the ultraviolet absorption ability, meaning a certain sun protection effects. It provided a reference for the future development of new natural plant sunscreens.
