摘要
目的探讨基于中国台湾急诊检伤与急迫度分级量表构建的急诊分诊信息系统在急诊分诊中的应用效果。方法以中国台湾急诊检伤与急迫度分级量表(Taiwan Triage And Acuity Scale,TTAS)为基础,研究制订了四级急诊分诊标准及急诊分诊信息系统,自2013年1月开始运用于急诊分诊工作。分别在2011年5月和2013年5月调查了急诊分诊信息系统使用前后接诊的急诊患者各1300例。比较两组评估分诊所需时间(从分诊人员接诊急诊患者至评估结束,挂上分级标记的时间)和分诊准确率。结果基于该标准的分诊信息系统使用至2013年底,共处理患者信息15余万条;使用前后,分诊准确率明显提高(P<0.001)、评估分诊所需时间明显缩短(P<0.001);分诊信息报表及图形规范美观且便于查询。结论分诊信息系统的设计与应用,实现了急诊分诊信息化和智能化,提高了急诊分诊工作的质量,保证了急诊患者的生命安全。
Objective To investigate application of a triage information system triage based on a Taiwan Triage and Acuity Scale in emergency department. Methods Based on the Taiwan Triage and Acuity Scale(TTAS). A 4 grades standard for emergency triage was formulated as the basement and core of a self-designed triage information system which was applied in clinic since January 2013. This study investigate 1300 emergency patients by this triage system from May 2011 to May 2013. This study compared accuracy rate and time needed to use this triage system. Results This triage information system diposed more than 150,000 patients' information. The accuracy rate of this triage system of the experimental group was significantly higher(95.15% vs 97.54%,P〈0.01)than the control group,and the experimental group used significantly less time needed E(128.22±79.75)s vs (99.45±39.8)s,P〈0.001] than the control group. It was convenient to check the report table and graphics of result. Conclusion The design and application of the triage information system in this study reached informatization and intellectualization,improves the triage work efficiency and ensures the safety of patients.
