摘要
技术的定义是历史演进的,逐步从强调技术的个别要素而至强调三要素(劳动者、劳动工具和劳动对象)。但是,技术三要素之间的信息交流并未得到注意。它们之间存在不同程度的信息交流,它们的信息形式也不同,信息载体也不同。基于信息交流,可以构建技术分析的理论框架。新的理论框架,有助于建立技术经济评价的新概念,有利于指导技术创新。
The definition of technology follows the evolution of the history, gradually from an emphasis on individual elements to an emphasis on three elements （laborer, working tools and labor objects）. However, the exchange of information between the three el- ements of technology has not gained attention. There is information exchange of different levels between them with different forms and different carriers of information. Therefore, based on information exchange, we can build a theoretical framework of technical analysis. New theoretical framework facilitates the establishment of new concepts of technical and economic evaluation and helps to guide the technical innovation
