正渗透淡化后浓盐水75℃等温蒸发析盐规律研究

Study on Crystallization Law of Salts from Concentrated Seawater after Desalinized by Forward Osmosis through Isothermal Evaporation at 75 ℃

摘要 文章研究了正渗透淡化后浓盐水在75℃等温蒸发过程中离子的富集规律和析盐规律,为综合利用该浓盐水提供理论依据。实验结果表明:正渗透淡化后浓盐水在75℃等温蒸发过程中析盐顺序为:氯化钠、硫酸钠、氯化钾。液相密度为1.214 g/cm3,液相中的Na Cl浓度为309.25 g/L,氯化钠开始析出;液相密度为1.228 g/cm3,液相中的Na2SO4浓度为60.75 g/L,硫酸钠开始析出;液相密度为1.263 g/cm3,液相中KCl的浓度为138.75 g/L,氯化钾开始析出。 The ions enrichment regularity and crystallization law of salts from concentrated seawater after desalinized by forward osmosis are investigated during the process of isothermal evaporation at 75 ℃ in the paper. The experimental results show that the crystallization law of salts during the process of isothermal evaporation at 75 ℃ is sequentially sodium chloride,sodium sulfate and potassium chloride. Sodium chloride precipitated in the case of the liquid density 1. 214 g / cm3 and the concentration 309. 25 g / L. Sodium sulfate precipitated in the case of the liquid density 1. 228 g / cm3 and the concentration 60. 75 g / L. Potassium chloride precipitated in the case of the liquid density 1. 263 g / cm3 and the concentration 138. 75 g / L.
