摘要
完善大学校长遴选机制,建立大学校长职业化市场是影响大学治理能力现代化进程的重要因素。高等教育治理能力现代化进程中,大学校长遴选要求变革一元主导的校长遴选制度,要求遴选职业化的校长对大学进行专业化管理,要求政府作为制度供给者建立大学校长职业化制度。加利福尼亚大学总校长遴选中,多元主体的参与、评选标准的变化性和制度保障等经验为我国大学校长的遴选主体、遴选制度、遴选标准、遴选过程四个方面提供借鉴。
Under the background of accelerating education governance system and the modernization process of governance capacity, this paper indicates that improving the university president search system and establishing the professionalization market of university president is quite important. This paper firstly analyzes three basic directions of the university president search system reform in the governance capacity modernization process of higher education. Referring to the university president search experience of the California University, this paper comes up with a reform path under the governance view from four directions, namely, the subject, institution,standard and process of selection of university president in China.
