摘要
煤矿机电设备是保证煤矿安全生产的重要设备之一,国内外煤矿机电设备普遍存在的现象是:生产过程中,工作环境粉尘大、水汽、有害气体和液体较多、有酸碱侵蚀、工作载荷大,持续运转时间长、机械构造复杂,使得设备故障率较高。分析了设备故障类型,研究了诊断技术的应用,以有效降低煤矿机电设备的故障和事故发生率。
Coal mine electromechanical equipment guarantee one of the important equipment of coal mine safety production,coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment at home and abroad is widespread phenomenon is that the production process,work environment harmful dust,vapor,gas and liquid,acid and alkali erosion,more work load is big,continuous running time is long,complicated mechanical structure. Makes the equipment failure rate is higher,in order to effectively reduce the coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment failure and accidents,the use of advanced fault diagnosis technology is very necessary. In this paper,from equipment failure type and diagnosis technology for analysis.
