摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜在妇科急腹症中临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年6月我院治疗的250例妇科急腹症患者的临床资料,其中行急诊腹腔镜手术(研究组,n=131),急诊开腹手术(对照组,n=119),比较两组的临床效果。结果:与对照组比较,研究组的疗效显著优于对照组,且术后恢复快,P均<0.05。结论 :腹腔镜治疗妇科急腹症安全有效。
Objective ：To explore the clinic effect of patients with acute abdomen in gynecological practice treated by laparoscopy surgery. Methods ：The clinic data of 250 patients with acute abdomen in gynecological practice were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2010 to Jun 2014,and 131 cases underwent emergency laparoscopic surgery（research group）,119 cases underwent emergency laparotomy（control group）. The clinic effect was compared between the two groups. Results ：Compared with the control group,the efficacy significantly better and rapid recovery after the operation,all P〈0.05. Conclusion ：It is safety and efficacy for patients with acute abdomen in gynecological practice treated by laparoscopy surgery.
