摘要
《类证治裁》为清代医家林珮琴所著,书中将肝气、肝火、肝风三病合而论述,语言精当,对后世医家多有启迪。在生理特点方面,林珮琴认为肝易横逆犯胃,且刚性难驯;在病因病机方面,提出三纲学说,认为肝气、肝火、肝风相互联系,逐层递进;治则上明辨阴阳,分而论治,滋肾潜阳,调摄营血。整理分析《类证治裁》中肝气、肝火、肝风的辨证治疗经验,对我们了解林珮琴在肝病方面的辨证思路和用药方法大有裨益,有助于指导临床相关疾病的治疗。
Leizheng Zhicai was written by TCM doctor Lin Pei-qin in Qing Dynasty, which discussed liver fire, liver qi and liver wind.The language of the book is accurate and appropriate, and the content is very enlightening to the later TCM researchers. In the aspect of physiological characteristics, Lin Pei-qin believed that there are many invasion of the stomach by liver qi, and the liver is rigid. In the as-pect of etiology and pathogenesis, Lin put forward the Three Bonds Theory. He believed that liver fire, liver qi and liver wind are interre-lated and the relationship between them is gradually progressive. In the aspect of treatment, Lin advocated treating yin and yang different-ly, nourishing kidney, checking exuberance of yang and regulating the ying system. Analyzing the experiences of Leizheng Zhicai in the treatment of liver fire, liver qi and liver wind is helpful for us to understand the train of thought and the methods of Lin Pei-qin in the aspect of liver disease, and it is also helpful to guide the treatment of clinical related diseases.
